Find out how well your company is working in the networked economy.

NELA is seeking a limited number of companies to participate in a free OrgScan© study aimed at identifying the best ways organizations are managing and operating in the new networked economy. This is a promotional offer, so there will be no charge.

The study starts with a brief 5-10 minute email survey from various levels of your personnel.

What's in it for you?

You can use what we learn to increase your organization's effectiveness. This project will use little of your organization's time and is strictly confidential.

We will discuss our observations with you, and give suggestions for no charge about ways to improve your organization's effectiveness. A free overall report will be provided to you after the survey has been completed.

What’s in it for us? We are continuously learning new ways to improve our management and consulting tools, and who knows?, in the future you might refer business to us.

What is the OrgScan© about?

The survey covers five key organization effectiveness areas: Planning, Implementing, Adapting, Connecting and Staffing.  

Our analysis explores approaches such as using 'strategic navigation' for adapting rapidly and flexibly to changing conditions, in contrast to 'linear-predictive' models of long-range planning;

Best uses of various organization structures (e.g. hubs, hierarchies, value chains, networks) to optimize teamwork within departments and between departments; 

Assessing the effectiveness of target-setting, scheduling and performance measurement;

Increasing the organization’s capacity and resiliency to respond to very rapid change;

Assuring rapid and relevant distribution of knowledge and effectiveness of networks and ‘virtual teams’ to optimize decision-making, implementation and innovation; and

Identifying and developing opportune ‘alliances’ and other industry connections.

Our initial tool is a computerized 26 item OrgScan© survey directed at various levels of your organization. The survey takes about 8 minutes. All information will be confidential. You may add questions to obtain information most relevant to your organization.
