A little heresy for our times

If you're involved in organizing, leading and managing people, we believe this web site is valuable to you.  We are NELA, the New Edge Leadership Alliance.

Information technology is changing the world. Together with you, we will look (with an irreverent eye) at the newest in management theory and practice and to separate what's useful from what's hype.  We'll also include some old and even ancient perspectives that fit our new time.

Here's how our simple website works: You pick a subject from our Issues on the Edge, and go into it as deeply or shallowly as you choose.  You then can join others at our Water Cooler to discuss and develop both what's been presented and your own ideas mixed with the ideas of experienced people from NELA.
